Catalog Preamble
The Collegium is a religious institution faithful to Catholic teaching and practice, and it therefore has certain obligations to ensure that all its policies and actions are in conformity with the Catholic Church. Also, as a religious educational institution, The Collegium shares in the Church’s mission of evangelization and is committed to faithfully teaching Catholic beliefs and forming students in accord with Catholic teaching and practice. Also, as a religious institiution, The Collegium claims all the natural, Constitutional, and other legal rights and other legal rights of a religious institution. All policies are to be understood in the light of the college’s religious mission, which supersedes all other considerations.
